Order Processing and Confirmation: All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary but typically take 1-3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Risk of Loss (F.O.B. Origin): All products are shipped F.O.B. Origin. This means that title to and risk of loss for the Products transfer to the Purchaser upon our delivery of the package to the shipping carrier (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.). Iuvo BioSolutions is not responsible for packages that are lost, damaged, or delayed once they are in the carrier's possession. We recommend purchasing insurance if available.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the Purchaser will not be refunded or reshipped.
